Timely and effective communications, both in verbal and written forms, are valued and practiced in all projects. Project progress reports are submitted on time, along with any escalation reports as necessary. Risk mitigations is an ongoing process as well as the Quality checkpoints.

Project docmentations are provided as an integral part of the any project.
At UXsystems, an associate does not need to be an official Project Manager in order to start learning the principles that govern project management: PMBOK, ITIL, LEAN, TQM, ISO, SLA.
