Project Management Services

All Project Managers (PMs) at UXsystems have well-rounded technical backgrounds, and have participated in several itirations of IT product developments as Members of the Technical Staff.

In fact, all PMs remain as Members of Technical Staff even though the majority of the activities are related to managment of projects. UXsystems believes that having a rounded technical background will greatly enhance the PM's role within any given project.

PMs understand the various phases of the total Project Management:

  • Project conception and initiation
  • Project definition and planning
  • Project launch and execution
  • Project performance and control
  • Project close

PMs are able to communicate effectively, addressing varying levels of personnel of an organization: C-Levels, Stake Holders, End User Communities, IT Teams, and Internal/External Clients.

The PMs are well-versed with the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK). For each project phase, checklists are provided to ensure that the overall management of any given project is done properly, mitigating risks continuously, and ensuring quality work products.

The PMs understand the value of managing the personnel and other resources, the processes related to the project, the project timeline and budget, the scopes of all the various tasks, the business and system requirements with change control, the key integration points, all test phases, the project documentation, and the progress reporting.

The PMs normally apply a combination of best practices: agile, scrum, kanban, etc.

UXsystems is ready, willing, and able to assist business clients in all facets (or any facet) of any given project.

In addition to PM tasks, UXsystems consultants are trained to capture and document business / system requirements by conducting Business Analyst tasks.

Network Management Services

UXsystems has a cadre of talented Network Engineers and Network Architects.

UXsystems Technical Staff has current experience in managing a Data Center.

The Network Management Services include the processes of administering and managing clients' computer networks.

In addition to the industry hands-on network management, certain Technical Staff Members are/were academically involved in teaching the subject of Computer Networks at the university levels.

Database & Big Data Services

UXsystems Database Services technical staff include DB Architects, DBAs, and Data Engineers. All Members of Technical Staff are well trained, not only in administering and managing databases, but also include designing and architecting databases that support the overall data-need of clients' business organizations.

Senior Technical Staff are well-versed in NoSQL, SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, and ETL processes to ensure data migrations.

DB Security is a serious considerations at UXsystems, hence, data mining is done at the most secured implementations with effectiveness.

UXsystems can work with many DB implentations, including Open Source DBs.

In addition to being DB-oriented Technical Staff, the technical team members are well-versed with programming in Python, C, and Golang to assist business clients with the 'backend' data manipulation requirements for pre-/post-data cleansing.

However, if the business client decides to extend the UXsystems Software Developer's work engagement past the first 2-weeks, the first 2-weeks of work is no longer free because the Business Client is satisfied with performance level - otherwise, no extension of work engagement would have been necessary.

Note: every UXsystems Software Developer is supported by the UXsystems software team at the UXsystems HQ. In another words, although you may employ only one Software Developer per se, but in reality the business client engages the entire UXsystems Software Development Team, including the support of the Senior Staff Members. Thus, UXsystems ensures the success of each Software Developer engaged in any given client's project.
